Who we are

Georgia Guaranteed Offer buys houses directly from homeowners. Our principal is a licensed Georgia real estate agent; when we purchase your property we are buyers acting on our own behalf, and licensed status is disclosed in writing in every offer. This is not a solicitation of properties currently listed with another brokerage.

Offers

A “guaranteed offer” means that if your property qualifies, we will provide a real, written cash offer within 24 hours. It is not a guarantee of any particular purchase price. All offers are subject to property evaluation, clear title, and our internal underwriting. We may decline to offer on any property.

Stated timelines (including closing in as little as 5 days) assume clean title and cooperative scheduling. Delays outside our control — title issues, probate, liens, access — can extend the timeline.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes lies in the state or federal courts serving Lowndes County, Georgia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
